These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mingle Denver website (mingledenver.com) and your attendance at Mingle Denver events. By using our website or attending our events, you agree to these Terms.
About Mingle Denver
Mingle Denver is a community events organization based in Denver, Colorado. We host social events including speed dating, singles mixers, friendship events, and professional networking nights. Our events are designed to connect people in a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to attend Mingle Denver events or use our services. Events held at licensed venues serving alcohol require attendees to be 21 or older as noted in each event listing. By registering for an event or using our website, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements.
Event Conduct
Mingle Denver is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and harassment-free environment for all attendees. By attending our events, you agree to:
- Treat all other attendees, hosts, and venue staff with respect and courtesy
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, unwanted physical contact, or threatening behavior of any kind
- Accept that romantic interest is not an obligation — a match card or RSVP is not consent to continued contact
- Comply with all venue rules and applicable laws
- Follow the direction of Mingle Denver hosts and venue staff
Mingle Denver reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund for conduct that violates these standards or that we reasonably believe threatens the safety or comfort of others.
Tickets and Refunds
Event tickets are sold on mingledenver.com and through third-party platforms including Eventbrite, Meetup and Partiful. Unless otherwise stated, refunds are sent automatically if an event is rescheduled or canceled. If your plans change, you can request a refund up to 48 hours before the event: contact us through the form on our website, or message the host if you booked on Meetup or Eventbrite. Within 48 hours of the event, refunds aren't available, but you can request a credit toward a future event.
For tickets bought on mingledenver.com, approved refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Event credits can be used toward a future Mingle Denver event.
"Your 5th event is on us" loyalty rewards
After every 4 past Mingle Denver events you buy or RSVP to on mingledenver.com, we email you a one-time code for one free ticket to a future event. Tickets bought on Eventbrite, Meetup, Partiful or other platforms don't count. Each code covers one ticket (add-ons are not included), can be used once, only works with the email address it was sent to, and has no cash value. We may change or end the loyalty program at any time.
Mingle Denver does not guarantee attendance outcomes, romantic connections, or professional connections as a result of attending any event. Events are social in nature and results vary by individual.
Speed Dating Match Cards and Schedule a Date
When you use our digital speed dating match cards or Schedule a Date, you agree to give accurate information about yourself, to use other people's contact details only to follow up on your match or date, and to respect a "no" or no reply. Mingle Denver does not run background checks on attendees or users and is not responsible for what happens on dates arranged between attendees. Please meet in a public place and use your own judgment. We may remove anyone from these features who misuses them.
Reviews
If you leave a review and allow us to share it, you give Mingle Denver permission to show it on our website and in our marketing with your first name and last initial. We may choose not to publish any review, and you can ask us to remove yours at any time.
Sponsorships and Vendor Spots
Sponsorships and vendor spots bought on our website are reviewed by Mingle Denver before they run. If we decide it isn't the right fit, we refund your payment in full. We don't accept sponsors or vendors in certain categories (listed at checkout). By submitting a logo, link and description, you confirm you have the right to use them and give us permission to show them on our website and event materials. Results we report to sponsors (such as attendance and clicks) are good-faith estimates.
Photography and Media
Mingle Denver may photograph and record events for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. By attending a Mingle Denver event, you grant Mingle Denver a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in photographs and video taken at events. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event host before the event begins.
Website Use
You may use mingledenver.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website
Intellectual Property
The Mingle Denver name, logo, website content, and event materials are owned by Mingle Denver and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our website contains links to third-party websites and services including Eventbrite, Meetup, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
Mingle Denver events involve social interaction with other members of the public. While we take reasonable steps to create a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the behavior of all attendees. By attending our events, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mingle Denver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mingle Denver and its organizers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct at any Mingle Denver event.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or attendance at our events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
