Mingle Denver is a Denver-based social community with over 11,073 members. We host weekly events across the city in three categories: Mingle New Friends events for people who want to expand their social circle, Singles Events including speed dating and mixers, and Professional Club events for professionals. Our events happen at real Denver bars, restaurants, and venues — no awkward conference rooms, no name badges, no pitch decks.

No membership required. Anyone can attend our events — just RSVP or purchase a ticket and show up. We do encourage you to join our community list so you're first to hear about new events and early-bird ticket releases.

Our events rotate across Denver's best neighborhoods — RiNo, LoDo, Cherry Creek, Capitol Hill, Highlands, Downtown, and beyond. Each event listing includes the full venue name and address. We also occasionally host events in Lakewood, Aurora, and Englewood.

The best ways to stay in the loop: join our email and SMS list, follow us on Instagram @mingledenver, or check our event calendar. We post new events weekly and sell out regularly on popular nights, so early RSVPs are recommended.

Most of our events are 21+ since they take place at licensed bars and restaurants. We do host some all-ages events at coffee shops and activity venues. Each event listing clearly states the age requirement. Our speed dating events are often age-range specific (e.g. 30s and 40s, 40+) to ensure a compatible crowd.

You arrive, grab a drink, and meet your host. The event is divided into rounds — typically 5 to 7 minutes each. One group rotates while the other stays seated, so everyone meets everyone. After each round you mark your match card. At the end of the night, mutual matches are shared. It's more relaxed than it sounds, and most people leave having had at least a handful of genuinely good conversations.

Smart casual is the sweet spot — you want to feel like yourself, not overdressed or underdressed. Think a nice outfit you'd wear to a good bar with friends. The venues are upscale but relaxed. First impressions matter at speed dating, so put a little thought into it, but don't stress.

Matches are great, but they're not the only measure of a good night. Many of our regulars come back because the events are simply fun — good conversation, a great venue, and a room full of interesting people. Not every night produces a match, and that's okay. The more events you attend, the more comfortable and successful you'll get.

Absolutely — and most people do. Coming alone is actually an advantage at speed dating because you're fully present and not splitting your attention. Our hosts make sure everyone feels welcome from the moment they walk in. You will not be the only person there by yourself.

After the event, your host personally texts you your friend and dating matches within 24–48 hours. Only mutual matches are revealed — if you marked someone as a yes but they didn't mark you, they won't be notified. Privacy is protected both ways.

It varies by event type. Many of our Mingle New Friends events (Taco Tuesdays, Game Nights, Happy Hours) are free to attend — you just pay for your own food and drinks. Speed dating and VIP events typically range from 5 to 5. Free events don't require a ticket but we recommend RSVPing so we can plan for numbers.

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite and Meetup, depending on the event. Each event listing on our site and calendar has a direct link to purchase. Some events sell out, so we recommend not waiting until the last minute for popular nights like speed dating.

Refunds are handled through the platform you purchased through (Eventbrite or Meetup). Generally, tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event. If you have a specific situation, reach out to us through our contact page and we'll do our best to help.

GA tickets give you access to the event. VIP tickets typically include priority seating or entry, a smaller more curated crowd, and occasionally a welcome drink. VIP events are specifically designed for people who want a more intentional, elevated experience. Both options are listed clearly on each event page.

You'll fit in perfectly. A significant portion of our community moved to Denver in the last few years and came to our events for exactly the same reason. Being new to the city is one of the most common things people have in common at our events, which makes it an easy conversation starter.

Not at all. Coming alone is normal at our events — it's actually one of the reasons people come, because it's the easiest way to meet new people without the social buffer of an existing friend group. Our hosts make introductions and keep things moving so no one is left standing by themselves.
