How much does a private event cost?
Every private event is quoted individually, based on your group size, the format, the venue and the date. Share a rough budget in the form and we'll send ideas and a quote within 1–2 business days.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better. Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights go first, especially in November and December for holiday parties. Send us your preferred date and we'll tell you what's possible.
Can you host the event at our office?
Yes. We can run your event at your office, at a space you choose, or at one of the Denver bars and restaurants we already work with.
Can you find a venue for us?
Yes. We host events at bars, restaurants and breweries across Denver, including RiNo, LoDo, Five Points and the Highlands, and we can recommend and book a space that fits your group and budget.
What size groups do you host?
From small teams to large company and association events. Tell us your headcount and we'll recommend the format that works best for that size.
Will it work for introverts and people who don't know each other?
That's exactly what we're good at. Our formats are structured, with icebreakers, prompts and rotations led by a host, so nobody has to work the room on their own.
Can we book private speed dating for a bachelorette party or singles group?
Yes. Speed dating is one of our signature formats, and we run private versions for bachelorette parties, birthdays, clubs and singles groups.
Who handles food and drinks?
The venue serves food and drinks. We can arrange drink tickets, a tab or a set menu with the venue as part of your plan. Events at bars are 21+.
